What is a "request"?
A Request is the action of asking documents to one recipient.
What if I exceed my plan's limit?
When you approach your plan limit we send you an email asking you to upgrade so you can keep sending requests. If you reach your monthly limit, you will not be able to send new requests until your plan resets.
Can I upgrade or downgrade / switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, your new plan will apply on next month's bill.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Absolutely ! You can cancel your account when you want. Your data will be totally deleted.
How do you count a "request"?
We only count the number of requests that you send every month.
How does the free trial work?
We offer a 7-day trial. During this period, you can test Collect and send up to 50 requests. The documents are limited to 20Mb each while they are limited to 2Gb after the trial. At the end of the period, you can upgrade to a paying plan or you can close your account.
Am I locked into a contract?
No, you can stop your subscription whenever you want.
Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?
No, you can test Collect without entering your credit card info.
