What type of plan do I need to use the HubSpot <> Collect integration?
On Collect side, you need a pro plan and above to have access to the HubSpot integration.
How to connect your HubSpot account to Collect?
If you are creating your account by coming from HubSpot App Marketplace, you should be prompted during the onboarding process to connect HubSpot to Collect.
How to send a request in Hubspot?
Open a record (Collect works in Contact, Company, Deal and Ticket) and select “Send a request”
How to validate the data and the documents in Hubspot?
When your client makes changes on their portal and submit for validation, the status of your request will be updated in HubSpot to “To be reviewed” (1) A new activity will also appear in the activity feed (2)
How to select the HubSpot properties that can be synced with Collect?
For each type of object (Collect works with Contacts, Companies, Deals and Tickets), you can decide which properties can be synced with Collect. Go to the settings in Collect and Integrations. In the HubSpot block, click on the wheel in the top right corner.
How to use the HubSpot properties in Collect?
You can use HubSpot properties for two things.
I see a button "Request invite", what does it mean?
It means that you don’t have (yet) an account in Collect. Click on “Request access” to open a new modal.
